		<description>Having spent 15 years in the nonprofit field, I can tell you that after these organizations have been around for a while, it&#039;s not the passion for the the cause that drives them, it&#039;s survival. All their efforts are put toward keeping their paychecks coming. If they happen to do some good along the way, It&#039;s all about good PR, not serving the needs of the community. HRC is no different.  </description>
